FAQ
Good questions to ask.
- Do I need to be home for service?
- Nope. As long as gates are unlocked, we handle everything and text you when we're done.
- What about my dog?
- Tell us their name and we'll be careful with the gate. We can also skip visits if the yard hasn't been picked up.
- Do you bag the clippings?
- By default we mulch clippings back into the lawn — they return nitrogen and are invisible at a proper cut height. Bagging is available for an add-on fee.
- What if it rains on my day?
- We'll shift you a day or two rather than mow a saturated yard, and text you when we've rescheduled.
