Freshly mowed St. Augustine lawn in front of a New Orleans home
Weekly & Bi-weekly Service

Lawn Mowing & Edging

Crisp cuts. Clean lines. Every visit.

Overview

Care that fits the way Louisiana yards actually grow.

In South Louisiana, grass doesn't take the winter off — St. Augustine and Zoysia can grow eight months of the year, and a missed week shows fast. Our route crews keep your yard on a consistent schedule so it always looks like it was just cut.

Every visit includes a mow at the right height for your grass type, hard-edging along walks and driveways, string-trimming around beds and fences, and a full blow-off so no clippings are left on hardscape. Same crew, same day of the week, no surprises.

What's included

Every visit, done right.

Mow at the right height

St. Augustine at 3.5–4" and Zoysia at 1.5–2.5" — cutting height matters more than most homeowners realize in this heat.

Hard-edging

Steel-blade edging along sidewalks, driveways, and curbs for that just-installed look.

String-trim & detail

Around fences, trees, A/C units, mailboxes, and bed lines — no missed spots.

Full blow-off

Walks, driveways, patios, and porches blown clean of every clipping before we leave.

Same day each week

You'll know when we're coming, and we'll text if weather pushes a visit.

Blade sharpening

Sharp blades cut grass; dull blades tear it. Ours are sharpened multiple times a week.

Our process

Simple, honest, on schedule.

  1. 1

    Walk the property

We meet you, map obstacles and pet gates, and note anything special (gardens, drip lines, low branches).

  2. 2

    Set your schedule

You pick weekly or bi-weekly and the day that works for your household.

  3. 3

    Service visits

Same crew, same day, quick text if weather changes anything.

  4. 4

    Seasonal check-in

We adjust cut height and frequency for summer heat and winter dormancy.

Built for Louisiana

We know how a New Orleans lawn actually grows.

Between summer downpours, humidity, live-oak shade, and clay soil, mowing here is not a national-franchise checklist. We cut and time visits around real Louisiana conditions.

  • St. Augustine kept tall (3.5–4") to shade out weeds and tolerate our summer sun.
  • Mow after morning dew burns off to avoid clumping and disease spread.
  • Sharp blades and higher cuts help prevent brown patch and gray leaf spot in humid stretches.
  • Route rescheduling after tropical downpours instead of tearing up soggy yards.

FAQ

Good questions to ask.

Do I need to be home for service?
Nope. As long as gates are unlocked, we handle everything and text you when we're done.
What about my dog?
Tell us their name and we'll be careful with the gate. We can also skip visits if the yard hasn't been picked up.
Do you bag the clippings?
By default we mulch clippings back into the lawn — they return nitrogen and are invisible at a proper cut height. Bagging is available for an add-on fee.
What if it rains on my day?
We'll shift you a day or two rather than mow a saturated yard, and text you when we've rescheduled.
